The heat’s back, at least for a couple of days before a cold front Friday brings a little bit of rain, and a lot of cool air for the weekend. Highs will only be in the 60s by Saturday in the north half of the state. The Friday weathermaker brings rain and maybe some thunder. Rain amounts will likely be less than a quarter-inch, although this particular model puts higher amounts around East Central Indiana. We can dream.
