Showers and storms around today, with some places already logging up to a one-third of an inch of needed rainfall. The extra clouds will keep us from getting as far as we got yesterday. Indy, Muncie, and Lafayette all had the highest temperatures of the year yesterday. Indy hit 94, it was 95 in Muncie, and 96 in Lafayette.
Two regions of storms are moving into southern Indiana from Illinois. These should continue to move east through the morning. While storms are expected to stay below severe criteria, could see gusts up to 40 mph, brief heavy rain, and lightning
