Via @NWSIndianapolis: Rain chances will return to the Midwest Thursday, with at least two periods of moderate to heavy rainfall possible through at least Thursday night. Flash flooding will be possible Thursday night into Friday. Marginally strong to severe t-storms are also a threat especially Thursday night and closer to the Illinois border.
