– Ongoing thunderstorms over southwest Indiana and western
Kentucky may pose a flooding risk. This cluster of storms has
also helped focus heavy rainfall potential in southern
Illinois and southwest Indiana ahead of another system that
is expected to move through the region late this afternoon
and this evening. Many areas across the watch area have
received heavy rainfall over the last few days and will need
little rainfall to lead to flood conditions.
