Blame a slow moving cold front. As of 9am Friday the fron’ts brought the most rainfall to the western part of the state.. There’s been three-quarters of an inch in Lafayette, but only a quarter-inch in Indy. Even less in Muncie. Don’t worry, you’ll catch up through Friday midday and afternoon.
