(Via @NWSIndianapolis.) After further assessment on a few damage points, we’ve adjusted the EF1 tornado in Colfax to now be an EF2 with max wind speeds of 120 mph. The Whiteland tornado is now an EF3 with max winds of 140 mph. #INwx
