Let’s talk turkey. The Thanksgiving Day rain will be concentrated in the morning and midday hours. It should be over by lunch time (if there is such a thing this Thursday) in Lafayette, and by mid to late afternoon in the rest of central Indiana.
No heavy rain is expected as the cold front passes. Amounts should be around a quarter of an inch. By the way, we are behind for the month with respect to precipitation. The Indy total for November is .94″ and the average to this point is 2.55 inches.
If you are running Indy’s Drumstick Dash, the feels-like temp will be right around 40, with a southwest wind at 5-10 mph.
