The first weekend of June has Summer written all over it! We will get a break from a rainy start to the month, with the exception of the area right around Lafayette. Here are the June rain totals so far:
2.24″ Bloomington
1.19″ Indianapolis
0.49″ Muncie
0.44″ Terre Haute
0.03″ Lafayette
No more rain is expected through the weekend.
The pattern shifts to daily chances of garden-variety showers and storms next week.
The jet stream heads northward for the weekend, and high temps will be around 5-7 degrees above average.
Dewpoints will rise Sunday afternoon…that’s when you’ll start to feel the humidity again. It sticks around all next week.
