First this weekend weather goes like THIS. Then it goes like SIHT. (I mean….it goes backward.) We will trend from cooler to warmer precipitation tonight and go from warmer to cooler precipitation again Saturday night. The contrasting conditions will be whipped up by a big storm system moving northeastward. Here’s the overview, starting with tonight. There could be some lighter snow/sleet or freezing rain, before surface temps rise above freezing after midnight. Here’s Saturday morning, with plenty of rain showers around, especially early. Temps south of Indy could move into the 50s. But just as the warmer air has arrived…the Arctic air returns, and there could be around an inch of snow later Saturday night. Clouds will gradually decrease Sunday, with temps holding in the teens! PAUL’S PREVIOUS PREDICTION Yesterday’s high was 13 in Indy. My forecast was 13.
