Was Saturday’s snow out of the ordinary? Nope. The average first measurable snow in Indianapolis happens November 19. Saturday was November 19. HOWEVER! The trace at Indy Saturday doesn’t even technically count as measurable. So…not surprisingly in this Fall of above-average heat, the first measurable snow will be later than average.
