There is a big change coming to Indiana weather this weekend. The last five weekends in Indy have produced a grand total of .01″ of precipitation at the Indy Airport. You’ve had to work around heat and humidity, but not a lot of rain or storms. That will change this weekend, for a couple of reasons. A cold front will get hung up across the area and interact with deep moist southerly flow around a subtropical ridge over the southeast USA. Up to three inches of rain could fall by Moday.
