Still a risk of severe weather tonight. The risk is just marginal around Indy, and slight just to the west and northwest of a line from roughly Fort Wayne to Lebanon. Storms shouldn’t kick in here until after sunset.
RAINFALL UPDATE (Yesterday…and first half of March)
.09″ 1.90″ Indy
.23″ 2.90″ Muncie
.19″ 1.76″ Lafayette
.44″ 2.55″ Bloomington
.39″ 1.70″ Terre Haute
The surface low pressure system driving all this fun will push toward the northeast. The cold front will move through Indiana after midnight, and we’ll be dry and breezy Wednesday.
Unfortunately, upper level low pressure will deepen around here, resulting in pesky precipitation chances Thursday and Friday. Temperatures will also go back below average starting Friday, ending an almost-two week streak.
