Halloween will be cold this year, with trick-or-treat temps falling from around 50 at 4pm to 40 by 8pm Friday. HOWEVER: Nasty northerly winds could pull the wind chill down to around 30 during the late afternoon or early evening.
There is a chance of showers from morning through early afternoon. I don’t think you’ll have to work around storms. (Of any sort.) This will be the first October in three years with no trace of snow at Indianapolis, Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.
