As expected, the storms are staying generally south of I-70, with the exception of a cell just east of Richmond. Cells are oriented east-west, and are moving east. That means big rain totals for some. North of I-70…a different story. All of the state gets one more storm chance Monday afternoon and evening. Then it’ll be quiet until at least late next weekend.
