Gusty winds brought many reports of downed trees and power lines Monday. Trees were reported down across 86th street 1/4 miles of Lafayette Street. A lightning strike apparently near the 161st street exit off of US 31 apparently brought down a tree into the road. A big tree came down on 42nd at Capitol in Indy. Trees also fell in the Garfield Park South neighborhood.
