The National Weather Service is canceling the Wind Chill Warning for parts of Central Indiana that was to expire at 1pm. It’s been immediately replaced by a Wind Chill Advisory lasting until noon tomorrow.
The Warning will continue until 1pm today for Lafayette through Frankfort and Kokomo and Anderson over to Muncie. Temperatures in that part of the state were quite a bit colder this morning.
The official morning low was -15 in Ft. Wayne and Valaparaiso, and -13 in South Bend, Lafayette, Richmond and Muncie. The low was -6 in Indy, -4 in Shelbyville and Bloomington, and -2 in Terre Haute.
All Wind Chill Advisories will end at 1pm today in Terre Haute, Bloomington, Columbus, and places to the south. The Wind Chill Warning from Marion northward to South Bend goes until noon tomorrow.
