These are reports compiled by the National Weather Service, and most are around 4 or 5 inches, observers in Shelby County and in Rush County both reported 6 inches. The late morning totals from the NWS at the Indy Airport was 5.7 inches. (Click here for a larger size map.)

Thanks for the snow totals. The contract with our snow plow vendor says they don’t plow until it gets to 4″ or above. I was able to tell him to go ahead and plow from this.
