A frosty morning gives way to a beautiful Fall Sunday. Today’s high temperatures are likely to be about exactly the same as yesterday. A general pattern change in the upper atmosphere is under way. A very deep upper level low is expected to closed off and hang around the Desert Southwest into the middle of the week. That means cold and unsettled weather for them, and a much stronger flow from the southwest around here, pushing highs to around 60 tomorrow. Rain chances will return Tuesday afternoon and peak on Halloween. Highs will also – perhaps reaching the mid 60s.
