Tuesday in central Indiana starts with the lowest temperatures in about a week in a half. Plenty of 50s as the day begins. Indianapolis hasn’t seen a reading in the 50s in more than two weeks. The cold front has finally pushed completely south of the state. There will be less of just about everything today: heat, humidity, and wind. High pressure at the surface will move from east Iowa Tuesday morning to around Cincinnati this evening. The circulation will change from the north to the west tomorrow, and temperatures will start to moderate. We’ll be near normal a few days, and a little above it again by this weekend. You might also notice a little more humidity by the weekend, but it still won’t be as bad as last week. In case you missed it over the holiday, Indy hit the 96 degree mark Saturday, for the hottest day of the season.
