This is the 17th consecutive day of below-average temps in Indiana. But the sun will be out! It sure helped yesterday. And the higher sun angle of Spring rapidly reduced the size of our Spring snow, as the official depth at the Airport goes back below one inch. There could be a few snow showers Monday morning with the arrival of a fresh shot of cold air, but no big deal. Well, it IS a deal, because it’s April, but…let your shovel sleep. High pressure moves right over the state this afternoon and tonight. Our next weather maker is a cold front arriving with rain after midnight Saturday night and all over your bonnet on Easter Sunday. The coldest air arrives after a secondary cold front later, setting the stage for a return to the 40s for highs for a least a few days next week.
