The remnants of Hurricane Isaac moved slooooooooooowly across Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana during Labor Day weekend 2012. The remnants moved slower than originally anticipated, causing much of the heavy rain to fall across portions of Missouri and Illinois rather than Indiana, where most places reported 1-3 inches.
