Like that shot? Our Pet Pals photog Shirley Dennis captured that outside the WISH/WNDY studios one afternoon this summer when we’d just finished taping a show. She applied the cool “weathered” look. (In addition to the natural one I’m already rocking.)
I’ll have some of those photos to sign for you when I join Patty and the entire Pet Pals crew in Carmel Sunday. It’s “Dog Day Afternoon featuring Woofstock” in the Carmel Civic Square (next to Carmel City Hall, Gazebo and Fountains). It runs 11a-6p and has nearly 100 exhibitors and vendors, including pet stuff, jewelry and art, food, and live music. More than 5,000 folks are expected.
Adults (18 and over) are asked to donate $5 to the Humane Society for Hamilton County for admission. Military, police and firefighters, as well as their immediate families, who attend in uniform or with ID will be welcome free of charge. Children and canines are also FREE. All pets must be current on vaccinations and on-leash at all times.
Dog Day Afternoon featuring Woofstock is an annual fundraiser that helps the Humane Society for Hamilton County. For more info, visit CarmelDogDay.com.
