The biggest storms struck Northern Indiana and Southern Lower Michigan yesterday, and thousands are still without power today. South Bend had a 66 mph wind gust. Storms fired later in the day across North Central Indiana, but by the time they got to the Metro Indy area they were diminishing, as you see from the attached map of rain totals. There was officially no precip in Indianapolis. Today the best chances will spread into the south half of the state.
