A weak cold front will move south to near the Ohio River by this evening. Scattered thunderstorms will develop across the region through the day, especially south of Interstate 70. A few of the storms may become severe south of a Terre Haute to Columbus line this afternoon and evening, with damaging winds as the main threat. Storms may also produce large hail, heavy rainfall and dangerous lightning. Highs will rise into the middle and upper 80s. High pressure will build south into the region this afternoon and tonight. Skies will become partly cloudy tonight with lows in the 60s.
