Here’s my two year total: 1578.14 miles, as of April 26th. How closely do you keep track of your miles? Not at all? That’s fine. Whatever works for you, works for you. That’s the beauty of running, after all. All you really need are shoes, and some even don’t need that. If you DO want to be obsessive, like me, you should have YOUR Mrs. (or Mr.) Poteet get you the gift I got a couple of years ago, the Garmin Forerunner 305. It’s a watch and a GPS and a lap timer and probably a dozen other things I’m not aware of. You can offload your running info to a computer, and sit and stare at it after two years:)
You may actually work up a sweat running in central Indiana the next few days. Double check the Doppler before you head out, but no all-day washouts are expected. Scroll down for my complete running forecast.
