Most of central Indiana won’t see any big snow tonight. Clouds will increase today as an upper level disturbance approaches from the west, with light precipitation expanding into central Indiana from the southwest during the afternoon. Precipitation will fall mainly as rain through the afternoon, possibly mixing with a few snowflakes. Temperatures will range from the mid 30s near Muncie and Anderson, to the mid 40s near Vincennes.
Precipitation will change to snow tonight as the upper level disturbance moves through the Ohio Valley. Light accumulations of 1 to 2 inches of snowfall are possible tonight south of a Terre Haute-Bloomington- Greensburg line, with a dusting to around a half inch across much of the Interstate 70 corridor. Further north, little to no accumulation is expected. Snow will end by daybreak Sunday. Lows tonight will fall into the 20s.
