The biggest chance of freezing rain this morning will be in West Central Indiana. Drier air from the northeast will be fighting an area of precipitation moving in from the west. By the time moisture gets going stronger this afternoon in the Metro Indy area, it should be all rain. Moisture shrinks again this evening, but as temperatures drop below freezing north of Indy there could be a little freezing rain and/or rain.
We’ll have to keep an eye on things for Thursday, but most of the action tomorrow should be the plain rain in the afternoon. Again, as temps drop Thursday night into early Friday morning the northern half of the station could be slippery.
