As expected, snow from yesterday afternoon through morning isn’t causing big problems. An Arctic cold front this afternoon could generate a few snow showers, and Twenty Ten starts with a frigid Friday. Strong north/northwesterly winds tomorrow will generate nasty lake effect snow around South Bend, but just flurries for Central Indiana through Saturday. New Years Day wind chills will be in the single digits. The first work week of the new year looks colder than average, but I don’t see any huge storms. So keep your shirt on.
