Indiana’s Weather For Wednesday

April 12, 2017

How much snow fell this season across the eastern half of the country?

Over ten feet for some…and for central Indiana: generally under a foot. Actually under 10 inches in Indy. The seasonal total, which is unlikely to change, is 9.7 inches. Last year it was 13.3 inches. Normally it’s 25.8 inches.

Yesterday’s high was 68 in Indy. My forecast was 66.

The average high today is 62 and the average low is 42. Records are 86 (1930) and 20 (1940). The sun rises at 7:12am and sets at 8:21pm.
