Indiana’s Weather For Monday

April 10, 2017

The biggest threat for showers and storms today comes in the evening. The northern quarter of the state could get in on the action earlier. That’s one of the reasons the risk for severe weather today is higher there. The best chance in the Indy Metro counties will be after 6pm.

Northern Indiana will also be closest to the center of surface low pressure.

How ’bout yesterday?

Yesterday’s high was 77 in Indy. My forecast was 76.

The average high today is 62 and the average low is 41. Records are 84 (1930) and 23 (1989). The sun rises at 7:15am and sets at 8:19pm.
