Indiana’s Weather For Tuesday

April 4, 2017

The periods of precipitation yesterday yielded a quarter of an inch for Indy, and another inch or two is likely Wednesday and Thursday.

Your grass should be about knee-high by then, right? BTW: if you want help with your yard this year, call my friend Adam at Midwest Landscape Industries. Mention Mr. Weatherman and save 20 percent, pronto.

Careful working out in that yard tomorrow. Some severe weather is likely, especially to the southeast of Indy.

As the big storm exits to the northeast Thursday, temps tumble. Thursday will be raw. Could be snow showers mixed in with the rain Thursday night!

Yesterday’s high was 70 in Indy. My forecast was 66.

The average high today is 59 and the average low is 39. Records are 80 (1929) and 23 (1975). The sun rises at 7:24am and sets at 8:13pm.

Today: Mostly cloudy. Could be a spotty light shower in the afternoon. West wind 10-20 mph. High 59.

Tonight: Shower chances after midnight. Low 45.

Wednesday: Showers and storms. High 64.

Wednesday Night: Showers and storms. Low 40.
Thursday: More showers. Cold wind gusting to 40 mph! High 43.
Thursday Night: Stray shower, possibly mixed with a little snow. Low 34.
Friday: Partly sunny. High 50.

Friday Night: Mostly clear. Low 33.
Saturday: Mostly sunny. High 61.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy. Low 45.

Sunday: Partly sunny. High 72.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy. Low 58.
