Add another 0.81″ of rain from yesterday to the September scoreboard. That means 4.37″ for the month in Indy. Lafayette and Terre Haute had a trace. Muncie recorded 0.31″ for the day. There were also cold air funnels in Marion County. The upper level low is still around, but should move a little to the south today, so the rain shouldn’t be quite so widespread. Still, a few spotty showers are possible. This sequence of computer modeling via WeatherBell depicts 7am, 11am, 3pm, and 6pm. As the low moves back northward late tonight and tomorrow, rain will become likely, and some thunder is possible. Another one-half inch to an inch-and-a-half of rain is possible through Saturday morning. After that the upper level low should finally lift to the northeast and leave us alone.
