One to three inches of will fall in the morning and midday across central Indiana, including places that got heavy rain last week.

The morning’s shower-term computer modeling projects rain and thunderstorms into mid afternoon, then perhaps a pause. The sun may pop out for a few hours, although it appears at this time that the atmosphere might be too worked over to pop any supercells in the heat and humidity. The biggest severe threat would then come after 8pm, with the potential for a line of thunderstorms with damaging wind, especially north of Indy.
