We are now into the second half of September, and this chart shows rain totals from the last 30 days. In most places we see amounts from 4-8 inches, with a few spots closing in one a foot of precipitation. (Beats a foot of snow.)
Indy picked up about a half inch Monday, with a little less in Lafayette, and three-quarters of an inch in Terre Haute. Muncie only got .15 of an inch.

4.03″ Bloomington (+2.27″ compared to average)
3.27″ Muncie (+1.60″)
3.08″ Lafayette (+1.64″)
2.81″ Terre Haute (+0.79″)
2.47″ Indianapolis (+0.82″)
