Temperatures today will be similar to Saturday, with the exception of Lafayette over to Kokomo and Muncie, where clouds may be thicker and shower chances a little higher this afternoon. Those spotty showers are possible in all of central Indiana later this afternoon and evening. The area of possible precipitation should shift northeast of central Indiana by tomorrow.
It won’t be as windy today, after yesterday’s peak gust of 33 mph in Indy. Today’s breezes should be around 7-12 mph. We are still on track for the first 80 degree days of the year Wednesday and Thursday. Showers and storms will move in late Thursday night and Friday, and our string of Saturday sunshine over the last several weeks will probably end next weekend.
