(Click here for the Mini Cast.) Finally! Some mild May weather this weekend, with highs returning to the 60s. Clouds and sprinkles from early morning give way to sunshine, and then wind gets a little gusty this afternoon. Shower and storm chances are in the Sunday forecast, and the big story next week will be our first 80 degree temps of the year.
We are due. It’s the coldest start to the month of May in 105 years. For the first time in 14 years we haven’t yet seen 80 degrees. The closest we’ve come to 80 has been two different Saturdays in April. One was a week ago today…the other was three weeks ago today.
