The Indy Airport measured 1.1 inches of snow late evening Saturday and early morning Sunday. That means we now have the biggest “meteorological winter” (December-February) total ever.
1. 51.6 (2013-14)
2. 51.0″ (1981-82)
If you count the entire “snow season” (and include November and March, etc) we are also closing in on the top. Just 6.6 inches to go. Piece of cake, right?
1. 58.2″ (1981-82)
2. 57.9″ (1977-78)
3. 51.7″ (2013-14)
3. 51.7″ (1995-96)
