And up to a high-five inches of rain fell Saturday in Warren county, but there were plenty of places, including Indianapolis, with nothing. The chance for scattered showers and storms continues today. A few leftovers could hang on through the early morning, and then another round could happen this afternoon and evening. If you don’t see it today – you’ll be waiting until at least Thursday night. Your Weather Daddy wishes he had better news.
The town of Rob Roy (the town, not the old-time drink) reported 1/2″ diameter hail, and some tree branches down Saturday afternoon. A weather observer recorded 4.12″ of rain. That’s more than Indy has seen since the start of May.
