Are you aware of the MJ/Liz Taylor/Brando/KFC/9-11 Road Trip? You gotta hear THIS story, one of the highlights of #133. The show opens with Tom explaining to Paul a book called “Outliers” which promises the Secret To Success. Paul believes the secret to negotiation success is being willing to walk away. Tom’s afraid to walk away. Hell, he’s afraid to just WALK sometimes. There have been many times in his life where he wished he had the courage to do something. But he didn’t. Paul can’t believe the money Tom pays in property taxes, and it might get even worse after Tom’s unsuccessful attempt to be courageous in front of the Property Tax Ladies. Even haircuts can be trouble. (Paul suggests he returns to TD II’s Flowbee Format.) The show closes with Tom’s latest disappointment. The story ends with Tom pressure-washing a mess he made on the windows of the Firestone on Main Street.
