The Indianapolis high today was 87…one more degree than predicted, and two shy (not to be confused with the 80’s hit “Too Shy”) of a record set back in 1896. It’s the warmest day we’ve had since August 27th! Normal high today would be 72.
It was 87 also in Muncie. It got to 89 in Lafayette and Shelbyville. It was 86 in South Bend, Terre Haute and Bloomington. Another hot, humid day is coming Thursday. Highs will be back to normal, or a little below normal this weekend.
