640 PM…Latest reports: Indianapolis National Weather Service 6.1 inches…9 miles northwest of Indianapolis – 3.0 inches…3 miles northwest of Carmel – 2.5 inches…5 miles southwest of Bloomington – 7.5 inches.

530 PM…While winds this evening are not nearly as strong as with last week’s system, many counties are already reporting problems with blowing and drifting of snow especially on open roadways. This is expected to continue through the morning and is the reason for continuing the Winter Weather Advisory through 1 pm Tuesday.

400 PM…Snowfall at NWS Indianapolis is now 5.3 inches.

312 PM…Greensburg spotter reported 5.5 inches.

242 PM…8.0 inches measured by a trained spotter in Odon in Daviess county.

229 PM…Columbus Emergency Manager reported 6 inches.

142 pm…Snow Fall at NWS Indianapolis is now 5.1 inches.

135 pm..Radar shows an ongoing persistant heavier band of snow in the Columbus…Seymour and North Vernon area. These are the areas of Central Indiana that should see the greatest snow amounts from this event.

115 PM…Greensburg (Decatur County) Fire Department reports 5 to 6 inches of new snow…and snow is still falling.

1257 PM…A new shot of the snow piling up outside our office.

1243 PM…Snow Fall at NWS Indianapolis is now 4.9 inches.

1235 PM…Snow ends over Vigo County. A TV meteorologist reports generally 4 inches across the county…with near 4.5 inches in southeastern Vigo County.

1215 PM…Back edge of snow appears to be continuing eastward. Snow should be ending in Parke, Fountain and Clay counties soon.

1158 AM…Spotter reports snow fall of 7 inches near Paragon, southwest Morgan County.

1130 AM…Snow Fall at NWS Indianapolis is now 4.5 inches.

1102 AM…Radar trends suggest snow is tapering off in counties along the Indiana/Illinois border.

1050 AM…Ex-NWS employee reported 4.0 inches just north of Clairmont.

1041 AM…Clay county emergency management reports 3 to 4 inches in the northern part of the county and 5-6 in the southern part of the county.

1037 AM…Storm Total snow  is now 3.6 inches in downtown Terre Haute…from a TV Meteorologist.

1029 AM…Storm total snow at NWS Indianapolis is now up to 3.7 inches. A spotter from Knox county reported 6 to 6.5 inches of snow in Bicknell.

929 AM…Storm total snow at NWS Indy is 2.6 inches. Snow depth at the office is now 7 inches.

902 AM…A spotter in Hendricks county reports 3.5 inches of snowfall, 2 miles northwest of Amo.

840 AM…3.3 inches of snow has fallen so far in Downtown Terre Haute.

833 AM…A Spotter from the westside of Indy reports 2.0 Inches of snow.

817 AM…A spotter in Vincennes reports 6 inches of snow fall.

810 AM…New snow fall at NWS Indianapolis is now 2.1 inches.

738 AM…A Cooperative Observer from Medora (Jackson County) reports 7.4 inches of snow.

645 AM…1.9 inches of snow has fallen so far at the NWS office.

620 AM…4 inches of snow were reported in Bedford (via Louisville TV station)

600 AM…Twitter follower in Franklin says 3 inches so far.  Reports out of Shelby County indicate 2-3 inches of snow have fallen there so far.

545 AM…At the NWS office, 1.5 inches of snow has fallen since it began after midnight. Reports out of Monroe County indicate 2-3 inches of snow have fallen there so far.
