I am a Male Celebrity Model. And that’s OK. This weekend you’ll find me sashaying (sp?) down the runway with a purse in tow (but no open-toed shoes) to raise money for The Beacon Of Home Center for Women. Go here for all the specifics. It’s on the west side of Indy from around Noon to 3pm Saturday November 14. Here’s everything you need to know about Purse Auctions, But Were Afraid To Ask:
* You and your guests purchase tickets before the event (limited seating)
* You bring a new or gently used purse to the event or make arrangements for us to pick up before event
* You fill the purse or purses with items women (other guests) would love to have, ex., candles, candy, cash, gift cards, makeup, nail polish, books, Christmas decorations, and of course CHOCOLATE.
(Please make certain the purse can close without anything sticking out of it)
* You may bid on as many purses as you wish but you will not know what is inside when you bid on it..that’s the fun part!
