Come in outta the rain and into the Jones Crossing Banquet & Event Center Thursday Night. I’m part of the Taste of Mooresville.
I’m not sure what Mooresville tastes like. That’s why I’m going. But I’m not just going to stand around. I’m one of this year’s “food vendors.” You’ll have to visit to see what that means.
Over a dozen Mooresville-area restaurants will serve sample dishes from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Proceeds from this event benefit two non-for-profits, the Jackson Center for Conductive Education, and Riley Hospital for Children. One-third of the proceeds will go to each beneficiary and the remaining proceeds will go the Mooresville Kiwanis Club Community Fund, from which donations are made throughout the year to various groups and individuals in the community.
